We were in Brookhaven and drove the 20 minutes to Riverhead just so we could get some empanadas. And a Cuban sandwich. And some tostones. Portion sizes are good. These chocolate chip cookies are very crispy, light, and airy on the initial bite, but quickly become soft and melty in your mouth absorbing your saliva in a good way after you chew it.
