My husband and I went last night for our first, but not last time. Carl is outstanding! Felt like we had known him for years. We had the Cayuga and the Owasco gourmet pizzas, fantastic! As well as a couple of local craft beers. We even tried his homemade fennel sausage, outstanding! Carl knows food and excels at customer satisfaction. A real gem, support our local, small businesses.
Amazing pizza!! So so so good!
The pizza was great and we had a perfect view of the lake. We will be back.

Fire on the Lake sees a line out the door and plenty of people at outdoor tables. The counter has a young lady running to deal with many customers, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The specialty pizzas are flavorful and tasty, with one size only pizza that is very good. Ingredients, sauce and dough make a very tasty pie. The live video feed of the pizza oven lets customers watch food being cooked. The kitchen looks small with two cooks, one bathroom, and a proper pizza oven that shows the pizza in a big screen. The options include whole pies, panuozzi, salads, cauliflower wings and Bang Bang sauce. The crust is great with thoughtful combinations of toppings and sauces. The pizza is solid and the pies are unique, each a little different but overall very good. The patio offers a lake view, great options for beer, wine, soda and more, and a casual atmosphere for people watching. Customers can order ahead to avoid the line and pick up at the pickup area. The register staff does a great job taking care of everyone even when very busy. The location is just about perfect to grab a little food to go hang out next to the lake. Fire on the Lake is a welcome addition to Lakeshore Drive in any season and will bring customers back again and again.
