We were very pleased with our first visit to Il Posto. We have been desperate for a good Italian restaurant in town. With a few small tweaks, this could be the place! Great drink options and drinks are very good. Bone marrow and beet salad were yummy appetizers. We had two of the specials - scallops with acorn squash and steak with potatoes and mushrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner in this fun, cozy and friendly place. Service was great, as was everything that we ordered. Prices are remarkably fair and the food is delicious. We can't wait to return.
Ate here for the first time tonight for our anniversary. I had their lemon drop and my husband the chianti. Both were very tasty. Then we had the rice balls. Light and delicious. I had one of the nightly specials, a rubbed ribeye with mushrooms, Swiss chard and potatoes. Perfectly cooked the way I ordered and seasoned well. My husband had the chicken milanase.
