I can’t express enough how incredible our dinner and experience was at Pintxos. We were there for my boyfriends parents 50th year anniversary and they received a signed card from the entire staff, it was a personal and beautiful touch. Food was absolutely delicious and just as good if not better from what I’ve tried in Spain. What a special place to enjoy excellent beverages and amazing food. Alicia, our server and hostess was so knowledgeable and welcoming. So enjoyable to spend 3 hours in such a great place with a warm and beautiful ambiance.
The night at Pintxo wasn’t simply dinner or even just eating, it was a dining experience! Alicia took extra special care of our table, helping us decide on which of the tapas we should try when. She also did an amazing job helping to part wines, and the sherry and dessert! Now deciding exactly when to return!

Pintxo Wine Bar & Tapas is a charming Spanish wine bar and a gem in Canandaigua. From the minute guests walk in the door, it feels like home, with warm interior lighting and tasteful decor that evokes memories of travels to Europe. The owner and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about wine. The service is great, and the server and chef are so personable. The food is beyond delicious, with unique flavors and fantastic tapas. Some favorite bites include the olives, the pan con tomate, and the dates with whipped goat cheese. There is also an interesting selection of wine, vermouth, and sherry. A tasting for a group of 8 was thoughtful, fun, and full of great recommendations. This rare combination of atmosphere, kind service, and delicious food and wine makes guests want to return as soon as possible. It is the type of dining experience that the area has been missing for a long time.
