Went to a pretzel making class at NY Kitchen and had so much fun. Clear and concise instructions on how to make pretzels. Instructor was pleasant and knowledgeable. After class went to the onsite restaurant, Mezzanine and had a very good lunch. A nice way to spend a few hours.
My son gave me a birthday present of the 2 of us attending a cooking class to make a pasta dish from scratch and enjoy it for lunch. We had a wonderful time. The instructor is outstanding, as is the equipment. We started with flour and eggs and ended up with a delicious sauce on our 'home made' pasta - an experience that I'll never forget.
Took a Chef’s Table Class with Chef Eli Tate. Had such a nice time. He was funny and very informative. Gave different tips from holding a knife to showing us how to peel a parsnip with the back of the knife (I honestly never knew that was possible). We made Marry Me Chicken with a Parsnip and potato puree and roasted asparagus for the sides. It was my first time making Mary Me Chicken. It came out so delicious!
