“Cinco de Mayo restaurant in Sylvan Beach, New York was spot on when it came to service, food and atmosphere. But, our waiter, Santiago, was truly the one who made the night perfect. Smart hire - Cinco de Mayo. Santiago was not only incredibly personable but he mastered juggling nine different orders with a whole lot of add-ons and with ease. So, a big thank you to Santiago for making our first time at Cinco de Mayo a night to remember. The food, drinks and staff were TERRIFIC!!!!“

We’ve tried a bunch of Mexican places around here and this one is easily a favorite. The enchiladas were amazing, the birria tacos were just as delicious, and the portions are very generous. Staff was super friendly, and you get chips and salsa at the table which is always a win. We’ll definitely be back!“
