My friend and I were in Carthage on business and decided to stop for a bite at Zero Dock Street. We’d heard good things about it.The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. We were greeted and seated right away. Larkin was our super-friendly server. We wanted to get the duck bacon wontons for an app. “Don’t hate me, but we’re out of those today,” she said.
