“I stop twice a week on Tuesday and Friday’s to grab my cup of coffee before I head to my next job . The staff here are super friendly and absolutely fantastic. They see me coming through the door and they get a fresh pot of Dunkin Dark Roast brewing . Love you guys . It’s always a pleasure to see them (staff) and they greet me with a smile. Service is hands down the BEST. Thank you , your Tuesday and Friday 2:30 girl .“

“What a day! I forgot socks, left my phone home, ordered coffee only to realize my wallet is attached to my phone so also no money. The kicker is I only realized this as they handed me the coffee, but I was blessed with a pay it forward drink!!!!! I have to say it was the best!!! “It can be hard to find places open on Mondays but this coffee place is. I was able to bring both my girls with me to check this place out. It had been on my to do list for awhile. Had I known how great it was I would have gotten here faster. It has such a cozy feel. Plenty of room for people to dine in and a few outdoor seating options. The drinks were delicious and the baked goods were excellent too. Often I expect the coffee to be just to my liking and usually new places don’t measure up but this coffee place nailed it! The staff was great and made us feel welcome. They have a selection of merchandise for sale that are great prices. We especially liked the connect four/ring toss game outside which entertained my little one while I waited for the locksmith to come unlock my car for me. I love the artwork on the windows and the water dish outside for dogs is great!“

“I Agree best breakfast in Broome county...I've been going there since I was a little kid, I love it...the only place EVER that gets my breakfast right...no matter what my kids and I request they write it down and we have no doubt when it's brought to us it's going to be exactly as we asked ..I've never, not once have had a bad meal there ..I've never even had a mediocre meal there ...Everytime it's above and beyond!!!! Highly recommend...wish it was open 24hrs, my work schedule makes it hard to get to...I work in customer service and recommend this spot the customers that come through and they come back and say it's becoming there favorite spot.. it gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“This is one of our first stops everytime I visit my family in Binghamton! The staff is always super friendly, the coffees always delicious, and they’re always quick with the orders no matter how many cars are waiting! They even gave us a pup cup today because they saw our dog in the back! So cute!“

“I try to stop at least a couple times a week when I drop my daughter off to school! Always delicious and the ladies are way more chipper at 7:45am than I could ever imagine to be! LOL Check out their stuffed french toast and smoothies too! Yum. Caffeinate local! 😄😄“

“I have yet to be disappointed by anything from here and I'm determined to try every flavor I can. So, no almond milk ones for me because allergy🤷‍♀️, but there's still a lot I can have. They put quite a bit of jellies in too, so that's nice. I'm good with the little ice they put in because it means it won't water down too much. I usually get two at a time because I want to try different flavors so the one doesn't dilute too much while consuming the first. It's also more room for delicious milk tea. 😅“

“Frozen coffee was good but if you post a sign saying that no mask on and worn right, covering face completely. Then all of your staff should be to. Even the manager was on duty when one of the male staff had a mask on that didn’t cover the nose and barely covered his mouth. That’s useless and very irresponsible of that store to allow it. Enforce it for everyone.“

“Camille’s made the beautiful & equally delicious cake and cookies for my daughter’s baby shower. Both were sweetly and intricately decorated. The cake was a moist yellow cake sweetened with chocolate chips and a vanilla custard filling. Many of our guests commented on the quality and beautiful design. I’d highly recommend Baked! “They are always so friendly, my order seems to always taste the same, I never have to worry about whether my order is correct. I do wish they would stop raising prices but I know thats a corporate decision nothing that they can do! My kids love their drinks as well. My favorite is the venti white mocha latte with whole milk. Definitely a must try!“

“This is a great Dunkin'! We live in Connecticut, and our daughter goes to college in Ithaca -- about 45 minutes up the road. We always stop here on our way to or from Ithaca. Friendly, efficient service. And as a bonus, they have a wifi-enabled conference room available for customers' use. In fact, I just spoke by phone to Jennifer, who was on duty. She has reserved the conference room for me to use for a Zoom business meeting I need to join next week while en route to Ithaca. America really DOES run on Dunkin'!“

“The workers are always the sweetest! I come here often as it is right next to my school. They have randomly upgraded my drinks, and one time I had to wait for my bagel (they ran out and had to bake more) and even though I agreed to wait, they gave me an order of hashbrowns and a frozen hot chocolate for free on top of my order. They are always on top of cleaning and restocking as well, and handle rushes like pros. They also always have great music playing, which is great for when I come here to study :)“
