Everyone was friendly, we felt at home and properly spooked. Thank you to Terry for your stories and extra attention for Fiona's birthday. “I wanted an iced Chai, but I did forget to say iced. I got a warm chai. I tasted it and I loved it. My two buddies got their stuff and we were chilling and enjoying our purchases. The batista stops by our table and I told him I forgot to say "iced" and he was willing to get me an iced chai. That is my go to place from now on. I kept the one he gave me and told him I really liked the extra chaieeness of the chai. Been to other places and they seem to be watered down some. This was more chaiee...“

“This place was awesome! The food is so good and bless the owner’s heart, his bartenders were delayed due to the weather so he was working the whole place on his own. He was super friendly and apologized for the delay but the food was worth the wait! Beautiful inside and they’re fellow Bills and Syracuse fans! I recommend the 20 East if you like IPAs.“
