“Make sure to stop at Brix!!! The grilled vegetable salad is hands down my favorite salad anywhere. I’ve never found another one like it, and I think about it all the time. Every few years when we’re passing through Cortland, we make sure to stop just for this salad! It’s one of those dishes that’s nearly impossible to recreate at home because of the time and effort it takes to perfectly grill all the vegetables. It may be a pizza place, but don’t sleep on the salad—and if you’re not vegetarian, you can add chicken to it too.

It’s also worth noting that the service is phenomenal, and the guys cooking are always so friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. It’s one of those places we make dure to come back to whenever we drive past town.“

We live about 45 mins away and we take a ride to go here every chance we get. The clam chowder is outstanding! The burgers are exactly done to temp the way you want them everytime. Their whiskey sour is an experience to see and drink. There’s something special about it the minute you walk into the front door. You guys do it right! Thank you!
