“We go to coffee mania all the time. Today I went to get smoothies and asked for an extra cup so I can have my girls share a smoothie and they wanted to charge 1.50 for just a plastic cup. I was not impressed. I’m hoping that this was a once in a life time but I will have to change coffee shops if it keeps happening.“

“Make sure to stop at Brix!!! The grilled vegetable salad is hands down my favorite salad anywhere. I’ve never found another one like it, and I think about it all the time. Every few years when we’re passing through Cortland, we make sure to stop just for this salad! It’s one of those dishes that’s nearly impossible to recreate at home because of the time and effort it takes to perfectly grill all the vegetables. It may be a pizza place, but don’t sleep on the salad—and if you’re not vegetarian, you can add chicken to it too.

It’s also worth noting that the service is phenomenal, and the guys cooking are always so friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. It’s one of those places we make dure to come back to whenever we drive past town.“
