“I recently transitioned my three year old to a GF diet due to severe gluten sensitivities. Today was our first stop at the TCC. The woman helping us was so patient and so generous in offering us samples. Her customer service was the best I’ve seen in the service industry. For that alone, I would return. My daughter and I got a chocolate cupcake, cannoli slice, cookie, and bread. We tried each the minute we got home and were completely blown away by the quality. They are some of the best treats we’ve had with or without gluten. I am so grateful TCC is around as we navigate this new normal with my daughter. Thank you for the kindness and treats! “I have been looking for a bialy for some time and while there are plenty of places that make bagels, so few have bialy on their menu. I found the bialy here to have very good texture and flavor, but wish there was more onion and poppy seed, which is very traditional on a bialy.“

Friendly informative service with little wait time. Made my Buffalo Chicken wrap to order and loaded it right up! Huge wrap for $10.95! All the ingredients were very fresh and delicious. I was only going to eat half but it was so good and not going to keep well in the heat I ate it as a bowl with just the wrap ingredients. The craft beverage was strawberry and some other fruit and berry mix. Refreshing and hydrating, fast food chains charge more for soda! This meal is a total win for $15 and change! Even the silverware is made from plant starch! Love the concept and the health factor. Clean restaurant with modern industrial vibe. Attached to Hafner's Market and has seating outside the cafe by waterfront and plants. I would say Core for the win! I try chicken wraps at many establishments and am always looking for the best quality, and this by far is the best all around!“
