As a long time customer the food is amazing I’m never disappointed, I always get the same thing pizza, wings, mozz sticks and a 2 liter and it’s all amazing each time. “I like coming here. It was nice to see a non-chain bagel shop opened. The Food is tasty the shop appears clean. Prices and bagel style are similar to bruggers bagels. This is no Long Island bagel (sorry folks) but it’s pretty good for Syracuse (probably top 3 in the area for sure). Service does seem scattered, maybe a bit slow and or disorganized. I think it’s the way they lay things out in the shop. Employees are constantly running around to give you half and half. I find this annoying and I’m not the one running Around! I would hate to wear those shoes. This seems pretty fixable issue with a counter top cooler (this is what Stewart’s shop and many gas stations do). You serve your own creamer anyway. Atmosphere is pretty typical for a bagel shop. In store Traffic flow is often confusing because people are often waiting with the same people on line. Again, annoying but not a deal breaker.“
“We went to the Brick House Cafe in Brewerton for the first time today because we had other business in the area, but we will take the hour drive from Rome to visit again. The food was excellent, and the owner and her staff were friendly and helpful. We were greeted so warmly that my wife and the owner even ended up sharing the horse pictures on their phones.“
“I came here when it was rented out for a painting party event and had a wonderful experience. Staff was great to work with and they even created a new menu that night with the party theme. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but it’s downtown, so it’s not as if the restaurant has any control over that. Will definitely be coming back regularly.“
