“An absolute highlight of my trip to the Fingerlakes! We were a large bachelorette party looking for an afternoon at a winery. This place was chosen for both the proximity to our Air BnB and also because it was more affordable then some of the other vineyards in the area. I will say with certainty that this place was the best part of our trip! The vineyard has a small but suitable selection of wines to taste - you can see my photo for the menu available at the time. Reservations are not taken on the weekends, but we were able to walk in with relatively no crowds. However, by the time we left, it was packed! All of us opted for a flight - which, for the prince, how could you go wrong? The staff was incredibly pleasant and attentive, and they TRULY knew their products. They weren't afraid to say, "I don't think you'll like this [based on your tastes], try this instead." In addition, they had a selection of local cheesed and meats for purchase, so we were able to have a wonderful charcuterie with our wines. After purchasing, we sat on their deck and simply enjoyed being outside with the scenic view. Truly, it looked like it was taken out of a movie - I felt like I was looking at a scenic photo in a dentist office or something, but in the best way! We are so proud to support a local business like this. If I'm ever in the area, I will be sure to add this vineyard to my stops!“

“Fu#kI/g awesome! Great Winery with an intimate feel. The owners were there and they were soooooo awesome. Coming from Nj we expect some sort of downside because everyone always complains. Not the case here. They have the potential to be one of the greatest wineries in upstate NY. We arrived to what's looked like a poll barn. We went in and it was legit. These people are great and the wine was even better. They had half a dozen wines to offer because the grape season last year sucked. They excelled at what they had and were straight up about it. Much respect! Wine was great across the board!“

“Lovely Inn located in a great location. An easy walk from the lower and upper trails that go to the falls. The breakfast was outstanding and service was top notch. The room was spacious and very clean.Nearby activities: Trails to waterfalls from the hotel, amazing! Nice park on the lake across from the hotel.“

“I spent an afternoon at Finger Lakes Cider House and had wonderful time. As I walked in I was greeted by a lovely lady who made me feel welcomed and explained all the food and drink options for me. I sat outside and enjoyed the views of the cidery and nearby lake while enjoying a house flight of cider, warmed almonds, and olives. I don't typically like sweet drinks but this flight was exactly to my liking. The sweet ciders were not too sweet but instead had so much flavor. They all paired nicely with the salty almonds and olives. I wanted to purchase a bottle and the staff kindly recommended me a cider and even let me taste a sample before I made a commitment. I will definitely be back, I had the best experience.“

“What a fabulous winery! We loved visiting here on a Friday afternoon. We enjoyed all of their wines, including whites, reds, and bubbly wines! Matthew was the best wine educator, giving us a great description of each wine so we could better enjoy it. Cheers to this winery!“

“We've enjoyed Blackduck Cidery every summer for several years now. The owners knowledge of cider and the story of how the cidery came to fruition is a reason alone to stop by for a visit. They have several types; some dry ciders, some perry's, some still, some sparkling but all delicious and true to the heritage of cidery.(sidra)We'll be visiting soon and hope you're well stocked with bottles to go.“

“The food was absolutely delicious. We had the Aurora Salad, Brisket, and smoked wings. Staff was wonderful and answered all our foodie questions. We topped off our meal with mini carrot cakes, which were out of this world!! We ended up buying a couple for the road.“

“My second tlme here in the past 6 months and we love it. Establishment is impeccably clean and set up so well. View's are amazing and so is the food. Staff are wonderful and make the the experience well worth the stop. Love their wines as well and allways leave with some. A great place to check out anytime of year.“

“I wish they were open during winter! There's something about how they make their ice cream that is quite special. One must be the quality of dairy and ingredients they use. They don't put in excessive sugar; you can taste the underlying flavors of the ingredients. They had a massive flavor menu. It rotates, seasonally. What am I partial to? Ginger, Lavender, Strawberry, Jalepeno Popper, Cinnamon, Gianduia, Butter Pecan, Pistachio, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Apple Spice, Rum Raisin, Tiramisu, Eggnog. You can ask them to pack pints for you to take home. But there's a possibility you might just eat it all in one go. Their parking lot was still gravel the last time I was there. There is some seating both inside and outside.“

“My husband and I did not get a tasting flight because we arrived after 5:00, but we received a complimentary taste in a shared glass of two wines and bought a cold bottle for our evening sip. The vibe is modern. The wine is authentic and the service was very accommodating.“

Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and made the visit that much more enjoyable! We left with several bottles of wine and some delicious fudge.“
