“In my opinion, Peaks is the best coffee shop Syracuse has to offer! From the friendly staff, to the chill ambiance, you can't go wrong. Some benefits to choosing Peaks: Their coffee (drip, cold brew, espresso) is always smooth and fresh they have unique specials and syrups that are made in house. Even popular ones such as "caramel" are a special experience due to the quality of the product. The owner and staff are all such wonderful people and when you walk in you can see they are passionate about what they do! The regulars are so chill, you don't have to worry about interacting with mean customers The food is INCREDIBLE! “Originally I wanted to check out this brewery because they were having an Easter egg hunt and it looked like a great way to spend a Saturday in Madison County, but honestly Im glad I missed it because judging by the crowd in the parking lot I would have been annoyed… so I am so glad I came back around 2:30 and while still having a crowded taproom we were seated immediately. The brewery and grounds are BEAUTIFUL!!!! The food is delicious. A little pricey average entree is about $20 bucks. The beers are decent . Nothing outstanding but good. Service 10/10. Added bonus to all my puppy parents. They are dog friendly but only outside.“

“This is one of the best coffee shops in town. The owners and folks who work there are genuinely some of the kindest people I have met and it is clear they are committed to their customers! Aside from their drinks, their food menu is hard to top, with solid breakfast and lunch options. It is absolutely worth a visit and/or to make this a routine stop during your week.“
“Beer was very good, pretzel with beer cheese was excellent! It was one of the best pretzels I have every had...top two at least. Wife and I also split a sandwich which was again...excellent. The menu is very small, keep that in mind, I think they only have a few sandwiches a a couple apps. They were sold out of a few beers I would have loved to try, which I found odd seeing how they make it themselves. I did not love the feel of the place. Its just did not have a 'pub' feel I was looking for. It was nice, clean and small, but set up in a strange way. Kind of felt like I was in a doctors office with a bar. My wife and I were also freezing while sitting at the bar and I am someone who is never cold. Overall I will 100% go back and try again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a few delicious beers and quick bite of fantastic food.“

“I recently visited Salt City Coffee and had a fantastic experience. The two young ladies behind the counter provided amazing customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. The coffee muffin I ordered was incredible in both taste and texture. It was moist and flavorful, a perfect complement to my coffee. Speaking of which, the coffee they recommended turned out to be amazing. It was strong, just as I had requested, which was much needed after long hours of video editing on only four hours of sleep. “Food was good, beers were delicious. I got a seasonal cocktail which was pretty delicious. The service was very slow but I think it could be accounted for due to the influx of people for the fair, but one would think they could’ve prepared for that in advance? Poor planning on their part but the food was very good.“
“When I tell you this is the BEST bakery I’ve ever been to, I really mean it! I was in town for 6 weeks for fertility treatments, and I think we came to this bakery every other day for pastries and bread. I would drive the 17 hours again in a heartbeat for a loaf of their sourdough bread! I also loved their danishes and mini pies!“
