“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.

Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive even though the restaurant was packed on a Tuesday evening. The food was amazing from appetizer to dessert. “Lock One Distillery in Phoenix, NY was an amazing experience, the service was excellent and they even gave us a nice Christmas gift and let us sample anything we wanted to try. We went for their Monday wing night, and the 50-cent wings were delicious!!! The drinks were also 10/10, our favorites were the butter beer and the Four sons toasted coconut, we will be back to try more things we were recommended.

“I ordered takeout last night. It was my first experience at XO Taco. The food was amazing! I can't wait to order again!“

“I ordered the Oxtails beans and rice, collards, and macaroni and cheese. Everything was delicious except the macaroni and cheese was dry and tasteless. I didn’t expect any great atmosphere since it is a pick up and go type of place.
The space in which I had to wait was clean.“

“We frequent this Mitsuba quite a bit even though we live across town. The manager knows us by name even though we get takeout and don’t hang around to eat. She’s very nice. The boba tea is delicious and so is the food. We get the build your own poke bowl, and there are lots of choices. Try it!!“

“I have always had exceptional service and great food at this location! Panera makes my day. The steak and white cheddar sandwich is my favorite… I also love the chicken teriyaki bowl! Bakery items are always delicious. Pepsi products for fountain soda.“

“We used to frequent here often and always got the burnt ends sandwich with sweet potato fries as one of the sides. The other dish pictured is the regular brisket sandwich with regular fries (I added my own cheese bc $2 for them to add cheese is insane). You used to have to pay extra for that side of sweet potato fries, but not anymore. The serving of sweet potatoes fries is just…sad in comparison to the regular fries. I think I’d rather pay the extra for the sweet potato if it means you’d get a normal serving of them, especially since the other sides are also so small.

Also placed an order at 6:53, was told 25 minutes, got there at 7:15, didn’t get the order until almost 7:50. They weren’t very busy aside from a larger table in the back and a few people at the bar. The wait wasn’t really an issue until the third time being told to come back in another 10 minutes.

The food was sub par. The side of mac & cheese tasted like just plain noodles. The sandwiches were okay, wish there was more BBQ sauce on my regular brisket, it was a bit dry.

I’ll assume it was an off night for them and just dock one star for this and will have to try again another night.“

“My husband and I go there often. We live in Binghamton NY and it quite a drive but usually worth it. Last night we were there and I was disappointed that they didn't have a carving station open. No ham,roast beef or turkey..That's what I really like..They had meatloaf on the hot bar but it looked like it had been there for a while. It was dried out and very hard... All the other stations were very good as usual...I just hope the next time we come the carving station will be open...“

“Today i came in to get an oxtail meal and OMG I got back to my office opened up my meal and honey OMG this food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS the oxtails were so tender, and they even had a spicy kick the rice and peas were flavorful, and the plantains were caramelized and sweet just like I love them.
