“One of my favorite place to grab lunch during lunch break. Usually like their burrito bowl. Like the food but front cashiers behavior is not nice. All the time they make faces as if they are tired and not at all welcoming.

“Quick eats spot that I think is underrated. Amount of food is reasonable for the price and not to mention delicious. I ordered takeout but there are about 3 tables in the restaurant for dine-in. Also, it’s a mom and pop shop and their daughter works the register. They’re super respectful and sweet. You should definitely go support them and try their yummy food!“

“First time visitor of Girasoles. Small neighborhood restaurant in the Jamaica area. There are a handful of seats, some bar style and a table or two. It’s summer so it’s a bit warm in there even with the AC running. (Sit in the back, AC feels better there.) The lady that took the order was pleasant. Decent service, suitable for the establishment.
I tried the Steak Quesadilla as my introduction to their cuisine. The steak was tender and flavorful, the Cojito queso was new to me but added to the meal perfectly. My platter came with shredded lettuce, one small tomato slice (could have used a few more) and a little bit of guacamole. This didn’t seem like restaurant quality. It was better, more like mom or abuela was back there preparing dishes. I added a Coca Cola, the cool glass bottle ones that taste just a little bit better than the others you buy. (IYKYK)
Reasonable prices, really good food. Will be back to try another dish.“

It’s $4.5 taco but it feels like a $3 portion.
Should be around $20-30 per person with a drink, if alcoholic most likely $30-40.
Overall a good experience, if you wanted to tacos and more for your buck, prob food trucks are a better option.“

“One thing I miss about living in Long Island are the Tex-Mex restaurants. Yes, they're not of the highest quality, and usually they're in a cheap location, and the horrible customer service is always a given, but I do enjoy the food every once in a while.
After searching for a Tex-Mex restaurant, I stumbled across Taco King. This location is actually pretty big with plenty of sitting space. My usual go-to dish at a Tex-Mex place is the Grilled Steak rice platter, so I decided to stick with what I like. I thought the steak here was excellent. It came with one flour tortilla, rice, beans, salad, guac, and chili. The quality and proportion was better than what I expected.
However, it was crazy expensive. I know I sound old, but I remember that only a few years ago, the same dish was about $8 or $9. Now it's over $17! I would gladly eat here more often if the price was cheaper.“

“I have been to this restaurant with friends at least 8 or more times. (Mostly recently was a few days ago.) Without fail, the service is simply outstanding. The wait staff are so courteous, accommodating, and polite to a fault.
The food is good and reasonably priced. The setting is very inviting, whether inside or outside. The owners obviously have great pride of place. The restaurant has beautiful flowers in window boxes all along the perimeter. This makes for a very pleasant setting. The flowers are obviously lovingly maintained.“

“Our family hosted a luncheon for approx 25 people at Cabo in the atrium space at the rear of the restaurant. Angelo and his team were outstanding! The quality and diverse selection of the food was second to none! Not only were our meat eaters satisfied, but so were our vegan and gluten free guests. Angelo and his staff were so attentive and accommodating. We highly recommend Cabo for anyone looking for a private party space but also for that nice dinner with friends. Great atmosphere and value. Well done Cabo!!“
