“I got married on 9/13/2025 at 916 Riverside and it was one of the best wedding related decisions my husband and I made. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception on site and it was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The ceremony was held outdoors on their patio, and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how visually stunning it was. We primarily communicated with Jake, the owner, and Brooke, one of the head staff. They were both incredibly helpful and responded immediately whenever we reached out. Anytime I suggested something or asked if it was possible to do X, Y, or Z - Jake accepted with open arms and supported all of our ideas to make our big day personable and meaningful. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but doing so via Jake and Brooke made it as painless as possible, and that is something I am very grateful for. Staff paid attention to small details and ensured that everything got done in the way we envisioned and requested. At the end of our reception, Jake’s staff cleaned up quickly and packed all decorations and center pieces onto two designated tables, which made it that much easier for my husband and I to pick up and pack up everything the day after. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and there’s truly nothing I can critique. 916 Riverside will always be special to us, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any couples who are hunting for a venue. “I am usually a regular here most of the employees are great, very friendly. But lately the last few times I’ve been here this one girl that works here is obnoxiously rude for no reason. Like she’s bothered to do her job?? She wears glasses and a nose piercing. Other than that this place is great and clean with awesome food!”

“We had lunch here today and everything was amazing! Our Dad asked about Sloppy Joes and the server pointed out that they didn’t have them on the menu but suggested the brisket grilled cheese. Before our food arrived the serve came out with a specially made sloppy Joe for our Dad. He ate the whole thing and said it was delicious! I had the brisket grilled cheese and that was very yummy! For the chef to make a custom dish was so unexpected and very much appreciated. It was nice to see Dad happy and have a full belly!!!! We will be back for sure!”

“I have passed by this quaint restaurant once a week for several years, and finally decided to stop for lunch today. It's history as a home or former business is perfect for it's new venue. I give the two young women who run this place a 5 star rating for friendliness, greeting new coustimers as old friends, and granting me a free cookie as a firsttimer! There is a good variety of homemade baked goods . . . I highly reccommend the BrickHouse Cafe in Brewerton ! You will be glad you dined there.”

“We went for the buffet on a Saturday afternoon. The food was fine. Good variety, clearly labeled. Most of the food was lukewarm, and I like my hot food hot. The service was respectable and the restaurant was clean. I liked that we got a full carafe of water.
