10/10 best banh mi in buffalo.
Got egg rolls, bbh (#9), Viet coffee and the signature drink.
The bbh was to die for Im obsessed. The red cabbage was a good addition and gave the soup a nice texture.
The Viet coffee was amazing! They add coffee jelly and salted cream and it was out of this world.
Signature drink was also very tasty w all the toppings. (Rainbow jelly chia seeds kumquat and PEBBLE ICE) tasted like a upgraded lemonade
Over all 10/10

Anchi is a very cute place that just opened in the Cheektowaga area. The food is on point and flavorful and fresh and delicious pho served in a timely manner. Chicken Pho and beef pho were fantastic and amazing and shrimp tempura and fried pork dumplings were phenomenal. The vermicelli is authentic and very familiar to hometown dishes. Fast service and nice atmosphere is a perfect spot for anyone who loves real Vietnamese cuisine. The staff is friendly and the drinks are good. They also have plenty of options for a vegetarian husband and other dishes. The restaurant hits perfect and is the best pho in town.
