Scallops were wrapped in bacon. Wife was disappointed. Didn't see that on the online menu. The theory is this: and again this is my opinion, Scallops, fresh and plump need nothing. Bacon is a cheap way of making inferior scallops "appealing" to the American pallette. Plus it's quite common. No CIA chef specialty. where to begin! stopped here on my way to homecoming at Colgate. I can honestly say this is one of the truly great finds I have ever enjoyed. we were early for our reservation (as planned!) and enjoyed a great craft cocktail with Thomas attending to our pre dinner libation. Absolutely wonderful. We did have a bit of a hard time talking / hearing due to the amount of people around us. But that's on the customers, not the restaurant. The prices are a bit expensive.
