I would give this place a 4 if it wasn't for the manager. I've had issues here before that seemed like a management issue even though the customer service and coffee is always been good.. recently this location shut down for 3 days and did not even notify the Starbucks 1 mi away and they were overloaded and not prepared they might not be the same management but it would have been a nice courtesy.
