Normally have no issues with this location other than long waits, but I tried to order a drink today as part of the free cold foam promotion. I specifically asked to make sure this location was doing the promotion through the app before placing my order and they confirmed they were, but I was still charged full price.

I would give this place a 4 if it wasn't for the manager. I've had issues here before that seemed like a management issue even though the customer service and coffee is always been good.. recently this location shut down for 3 days and did not even notify the Starbucks 1 mi away and they were overloaded and not prepared they might not be the same management but it would have been a nice courtesy. And today I saw someone in jeans going to cars and telling them something...
