Ordered on line. Gave yhithe order # from the website order. Told me it was the other location. It was NOT! When they finally figured it out told me it's because I gave them the wrong name. I guess the order # doesn't mater. Then they told me it would be 25- 20 minutes. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! THEY SUCK!
Just horrible!! Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and fries. The sandwiches took 20 minutes and did not have and toppings, just the chicken and the bread. I watched a worker mixing an order of cold fries in with warm fries. Didn’t matter my fries were still cold.

The worst place ever!! Never go to this restaurant.. go to the one on brewerton rd Syracuse. They are so much nicer and the best..
