“This is an amazing little gem hiding on Maple rd. My daughter and I were looking for a place to eat, something different from the everyday chains and decided to try Roma Thai & Burmese Cuisine. The Samosas are a pocket of perfect spice. I had the Roma Ginger-a healthy and perfect blend of vegatables and giner sauce. The service was excellent! We had a great dining experience and will definately be returning.“

“I was once stationed at a military base close to the Mexican border and sampled some amazing Mexican cuisine. I now live in the greater Buffalo area, and have tried many of its so called Mexican restaurant that to my mind were just a tad better than eating at Taco Bell. I recently dined at a restaurant in Cheektowaga call Taqueria Los Mayas… and let me tell you… their food is as close to actually eating in Mexico as you can get. The portions are very generous, and the prices fair. Totally enjoyed the experience.“

We held a special event there for only eight people, and they went above and beyond to make the evening feel incredibly special. They graciously provided us with our own private room and table, and even allowed my family to decorate the room to make it more personal.

I loved the pizza hand-rolled logs and the wings. I also tried to beef on weck, which wasn’t my favorite but it was my first time and it might just not be my type of dish. Their lunch supposed to come with a soup or a choice of fresh or fried spring roll but the server who took my order charged me with the dinner price and the soup as well so I questioned that but both servers retaliated and told me that it was past lunch time hours when they handed me my check so they can't changed the price although I ordered my food during lunch time hours and from the lunch menu. I'm their regular customer so I know abbout it for few years now. Also, they refused to refill my child's drink and that was very rude and I was very hurt for my daughter and that pushed me to express my worse experienced so far with this restaurant involving with their servers attitude.“

“We just held a wedding rehearsal dinner here for just under 30 people, at The Hollow Bistro & Brew. Five stars across the board! If I could give more, I would! Carrie is amazing to work with. So helpful, kind, and made sure everything was perfect for us. She always got back to me quickly when I had a question. She's very happy to help you and make things as easy and seamless as possible. The food was AMAZING, and our guests just raved about it, from first bite to days later! Upon finding out the groom, as well as other family members have to eat gluten free, Carrie made sure all of the meat and side dishes we chose were gluten free as well. We chose the roast beef, grilled herb chicken, herb potatoes, fried rice, and salad. The gluten free dishes were a huge blessing for us! Everyone that had anything to do with our dinner was also outstanding, helpful, and kind. We had a party of about 11 people while each of Matt's serving sizes are about 20. We have leftovers upon leftovers and let me tell you, it was delicious!
