“Last night I signed up for Uber Eats as a new customer so I could place a delivery order from Brooklyn Pickle West. Uber Eats was a disappointment because they did not give a very good or an accutate receipt. My order was incorrect as a hot Chicken Riggies special was missing along with requested forks and napkins. I only had a complicated receipt from them with no location shown or phone number to call. No info on Uber Eats site to remedy this. I had to call all 4 locations of Brooklyn Pickle, only to be told they didn't do my order. A repeat call to Brooklynn Pickle West Genesee St. in Syracuse, NY resulted in that they did in fact prepare my order. I was told that my missing item would be refunded. Today I took the receipt to this location. I explained the situation to Noah and he was very attentive to me. Between him and Amanda they more than made up for the error, which was not even on their end. I thanked them both for their generosity and superior customer service of a replacement hot Special (macaroni and cheese) and a turkey sandwich. Both of which were exceptionally delicious. The food here is always outstanding! I will be canceling Uber Eats and only go to pick up my orders from Brooklyn Pickle West from today on. I hope to see both of these managers I mentioned again. They were super helpful in assisting me today. A million 🌟s for this business for sure!“

“Really good food! It's great to see somewhere with an extensive and tasty menu filled with authentic Chinese dishes in addition to the standard Americanized takeout stuff. Not that the American Chinese food was bad either, they clearly put effort into all their cooking. It made me sad to see the restaurant so empty!“

Friendly informative service with little wait time. Made my Buffalo Chicken wrap to order and loaded it right up! Huge wrap for $10.95! All the ingredients were very fresh and delicious. I was only going to eat half but it was so good and not going to keep well in the heat I ate it as a bowl with just the wrap ingredients. The craft beverage was strawberry and some other fruit and berry mix. Refreshing and hydrating, fast food chains charge more for soda! This meal is a total win for $15 and change! Even the silverware is made from plant starch! Love the concept and the health factor. Clean restaurant with modern industrial vibe. Attached to Hafner's Market and has seating outside the cafe by waterfront and plants. I would say Core for the win! I try chicken wraps at many establishments and am always looking for the best quality, and this by far is the best all around!“
