“Asked if I'd recommend. Well... I didn't want to hit no because maybe it was just an off day with the chef. Everybody has one. Husband enjoyed his Chicken Parmesan, Utica Greens were good (1st time eating them). My Chicken Salvatore was dry and hard. Not enough sauce to even try to soften it up to make the dish enjoyable. Way overcooked. I guess the green beans and mashed potatoes were good. Might go back to see if it was just a fluke. Might not.. who knows.“

“As far as pizza hut goes, this was great. Made an online order for carryout, and our food was ready and hot at the appropriate time. Service was great and it was easy to pick up. Though we didnt eat inside, it seemed like a classic Pizza Hut environment. Food was exactly as expected from a pizza hut. Definetly recomend this for your next pizza night!“

“Last time we went, ordered 3 subs.2 were supposed to be mixed, 1 roast beef.We recieved 2 roast beef - in which some people don't eat beef as their culture. The other roast beef sub had huge gobs of mayo on it & hardly any meat. The 3rd sub was made fine.When I called about the sub they wanted me to bring it all the way back there to have one remade. So not only went without lunch from somewhere I wasn't able to leave, but wanted me to go out of my way for 45 mins+ to possibly have another screw up? “Amazing flavor in every bite. Very good cooks who use only authentic ingredients, and who don't stinge on items. Comfortable seating, flat screen televisions. So much Italian and American dishes and cuisines to choose from, you'll be coming back again and again. They even have a taproom and live music on certain days. Clean and friendly atmosphere, very nice servers who want to cater your meal to how you like it, or if you want extra's. I always walk out of here well fed, pleased, and craving more until next time. 5 stars“

“THE BEST Upside Down pie I've ever had. The other places have a "heavy" presentation, Laurey's pie is "lighter" and has a Crispy bottom crust...even the last piece. The sauce is just a touch sweet and the ingredients are fresh and tasty. The whole pie NEVER makes it back to the office, that's called "Transportation Costs!"“

“Food was great, however the menu was out of date, and we weren't told what was wrong with it (no ciabattas, other wing sauces). Bar has a decent selection of craft beers, but the draft list placed prominently in the middle of the room, that the waitress pointed is to, was incorrect, and the waitress was obviously neither a craft beer drinker, nor trained on what they did have. She was pleasant, but needed some training.“

“This KFC in New Hartford is excellent! The chicken is always fresh and the crew is helpful and friendly. There was a time when I hesitated to get chicken at KFC but after going to this KFC multiple times I always look forward to going again for more!“
