“I ordered boneless wings for pick up on wing night. I got there she gave me my order and I went home. When I got home, I discovered that the wings had bones in them. So I called and explained. She said to give some time and they'd whip up a new batch.Someone from Marble Hill then called back and reminded me to bring the 'wrong' wings back.I got there an hour after my first pick up and the bartender whisked away the 'wrong' wings and went into the back. She said my wings were 'almost done'.I waited at least 5 minutes before they brought out my wings, set them in front of me, and walked away.Not one apology for the wrong order.Not one apology for me having to come back twice.Not one offer of, I dunno, extra wings? A beer while I wait? A coupon? Nothing.They make a mistake, and it costs me money to rectify it (gas, time, etc.) and no one can even acknowledge my inconvenience?They could have at least let me keep the 'wrong' wings and then given me the right ones.I really like Marble Hill a lot, but this experience was lousy.“
“We were looking for a place to stop for lunch, and happened across this restaurant in the plaza. Decided sushi sounded good, so we stopped, and we are so glad we did!! The staff were great, very attentive but not pushy. The atmosphere was relaxed, perfectly appointed, and cozy without feeling cramped. As for the food, it was absolutely amazing!! The soup had an incredible depth of flavor, the gyoza was perfectly cooked (with the tastiest dipping sauce I've ever had), and the sushi rolls were chock-full of all the tasty goodness. Would 1000% recommend checking this place out!!Parking: Plenty of space to park in the plaza!“
“Without a doubt - this is the best pizza place I have EVER been to. (In the past I was employed here, as a summer job. I have washed dishes, prepped, cashier'd, and a floating worker wherever the need was.) Pepi's is 3rd generation family business that's been around since the 60's. They have not just lasted, they have thrived and expanded and updated their shop when business necessitated. Pepi's is a true 'homemade' restaurant. They make their own dough -from scratch- from the same recipe since they opened. They have a dedicated room with a giant bakery mixer and when ready they cut and store the dough in individual containers and stored in a cooler room. All of the toppings come from regularly delivered produce, cut+prepped by hand. I know this from first-hand experience, there's no exaggeration to say this pizza is handmade. As far as other dishes and sides, all pass through a few hands in the prep to cooking process. The chicken wings are the only exception to the "made in house" fare. (Alas, there is no chicken farm/processing facilities on premises...) But, they are sorted by a human and quality-controlled by this process. And then they are prepared by a dedicated wing cook, not just whomever is available. Their wing sauce is also curated and some made by hand, which sets the flavor apart from just a jug of Frank's. There are a nice variety of wing flavors available, and can be mixed and matched accordingly, so you really can get what you want, and cooked to preference.-This is a very quick and simple review, but I hope gives the appropriate summary of the best pizza place you'll find.Multiple generation, family owned, quality ingredients and handmade products.This is the real deal. Pepi's is the place where the old phrase "they don't make them like they used to" -does NOT apply-. They have been following their tried and true equation for exceptional food since the 1960's... and that's because it's hard to improve perfection.Don't take my word for it, I implore you to enjoy the pinnacle of pizza (and other menu options!) for yourself. “I've ordered from Sinatra's more than a few times between both locations.Their food is consistent in quality and taste and always good, as is their customer service.The pizza is lighter on the sauce and has a bit of a sweeter taste. I have a few friends who don't care much for the sauce, but that's personal preference of course. I really enjoy it. The sauce is also smooth.The dough itself is so good.Calzones are a must. They are ginormous and I easily get three meals out of one.Their everything sauce on their wings is my new favorite. I also love that you can ask for all flats or all drums. (For a small fee, but that fee is worth it so my husband and I don't fight over the flats ?)Overall Sinatra's is a great local business, with great food, great service, and they do a lot to give back to the community.“
“I have ordered pizza here for my husband and I many times. I am a gluten free person (allergy) and they are always careful with everything, and on top of that it's delicious! Some pizza places do not have a good gluten free crust, but these guys do, and they don't limit you on toppings. My husband who is a normal pizza guy with all the gluten, loves their chicken bacon ranch, along with regular pepperoni and cheese. So long story short, these guys are excellent, and we will continue to order food from them!!“
