My experience was exceptional tonight in these days and times. When my order for Prime Rib was not cooked to order, they replaced it not only with the correct preferred doneness, but it was replaced in a timely manner and with a genuine desire to please me as a customer. Kudos to the manager that is in charge of the Prime Rib clientele - which is exceptional in the Clifton Park area. 👍
My fiancé I went there last week for a special occasion, in the past we had pretty good experience , not this time ! The waiter was rude and and had and had an attitude . So my fiancés steak was cold “room temp “ and my was over cooked and not even hot , it took us a long time yo get out food , and when we told the waiter they shrugged it off and disregarded us . That is not acceptable very disappointed .
