“Ordered pick up and it was out to my car almost immediately despite being there early. Everything was well packed, generous portions, hot and fresh- breadsticks soft and warm. Food was delicious. Shrimp scampi, Pasta Fagioli Soup, Shrimp Carbonara, two large salads with all the fixings and a really great Raspberry lemonade. I shared with a friend - ate for dinner, lunch, and leftovers the next night. $50, 3 meals, 1 meal was for 2 people. I'd call that a win #happycamper“

“Honestly, I love this place. They are so close my house and the food is actually great. However, my order is almost always messed up. The first time they messed up my pizza order, we called and they did fix it which is great. Second time, they forgot a main ingredient on a sandwich. Didn't call, just let it go. Third time, ordered the same sandwich as before and again, main ingredient left off. I don't want to have to open my order and check it before we leave but I might have to start. I don't want to stop being a customer but quality check might be something worth implementing.

Employees are phenomenal. They were very courteous, explained things well when I was ordering. Spoke clearly.
And understandable. Didn't rush me. But I got a chicken wrap with honey mustard on the side and a diet dr.Pepper, my wrap was so good.I loved it. I like the ordering process and I like how the people come up to you, to your car and give you your order at the door.“

“Everything was AMAZING!! My family and I have been here multiple times and have never been let down. Today, we ordered pickup for 5:35 and upon entering we were greeted by the man cooking the pizzas. He was very kind and courteous! As we were waiting for our pizza, which he had ready for us earlier than our pickup since we arrived early, we watched him address and solve everyone’s needs quickly and efficiently. “Stopped here after my boss told me how good the food was. I haven’t had authentic Mexican food like this since I was in SoCal 12 years ago. The food was packed with flavor, the portions were huge (tacos absolutely filled, and the burrito was definitely a two hander to be able to eat it). Staff is friendly but English is definitely their second language so be patient, the food is worth it. I saw a bunch of reviews of people complaining about roaches, I waited inside for about 5 minutes and the place was clean, no idea what they’re talking about. Temp inside is definitely cold(writing this in winter) they either don’t run heat or keep it set very low. Bring a coat if you can’t handle cold I guess. Regardless, this place is dangerously good. Good luck finding better tasting, more authentic, or cost friendly Mexican food locally.“

“Not only does Grano have amazing food, but their customer service is also fantastic! I went there recently before a show at Proctors, and unfortunately the kitchen was a little behind, and we did not have enough time to eat. When leaving Proctors, our server was waiting outside the theater to give us our food to take home. They really went above and beyond. I will definitely be going back soon!“

“We decided to try Sergio‘s last night to support the restaurant after reading their Facebook post about SNAP benefits, & we are SO glad we did! First, the food…it was delicious, (& we ordered a large, 2 topping pizza, 2 salads & 2 deserts!) Second, the customer service…it was excellent, (& I don’t say that very often these days!) From the friendly & helpful employee who took my order on the phone, to the owner who my friend met when she went in to pick up our dinner, everything was above expectations. We now want to go back & try everything on the menu…which we will, even though we live a good 20 minutes away.“

“I came in between 4 and 5pm with my husband. We are frequent visitors of the Latham location. When we were being cashed out, we were abruptly interrupted when a older male (assuming their boss) came from the back and started (quite rudely) yelling at the employees working the front. It was quite unappetizing to see them being spoken to in that manner, especially in front of customers. The friendly employees are one of the main reasons my husband and I favor this location. I am quite surprised they did not quit on the spot. I gave them a sympathetic look before putting money in one of the tip jars.“

The environment was pleasant and easy with a touch of class. The half-chicken "Picata" ordered was "mm-hmm good" served with an exquisitely savory sauce, prepared by Chef Jake, who is a rising star and a compliment to Troy's fine dining experience. “Ever changing, like the seasons, Forts Ferry Farm offers their produce and baked goods at local farmers' markets and occasionally, at pop-up markets on site. The taste of any of their produce reminds one of the reason to shop at local farms. The salted chocolate chip cookies ain't bad either. Look for habanada peppers, the fruitiness of a habanero without the heat. There's a farm store in Hudson, NY.“

“The 2 young ladies working at this location on 7/20 deserve to be recognized and commended for their courtesy and service. I'm a recently displaced vet and completely unfamiliar with this area. So that is to say, their friendly attitudes and courtesy were exemplary - in a time where that's rare in most American retail operations anymore - and made the experience even more pleasant than the food. Which was also a nice surprise, and well prepared. I can recommend this place as long as these two are running it.“
