I went in and spent $18 on hard mediocre cookies.
I have gone there several times before and it was always good.
I emailed them about this and never heard back.
Poor cookie quality and customer service.
I now go to Bella Napoli where the cookies are fresh and delicious.
Although I do work in the production facility and haven’t tried every single item, I have tried quite a few and they are all delicious. Sugar cookies might be my personal favorite but the classic Fudge Fantasies or Raspberry Drops never get old!
Ordered a 1/2 sheet carrot cake for a baby shower.....and everyone loved it. It was deliciois!!
Many said it was the best they ever had. Would definitely go back there again.
