“Family and I go a few times a year. Definitely like this place. Very common for locals to also come. Make sure to call for reservations during busy parts of the day. They also do take out as well. My go to is the shredded tofu with noodles. This time I happen to get a Vegetarian Spring Roll. Very good as well. I do like the Summer rolls as well. Next time I’ll get a summer roll ^_^“

“I love this place. Sometimes I forget about it because of the location, but truly it is spectacular. The food is delicious. Good selection of vegan items. Even the garnishes are scrumptious! Staff are kind and courteous. The ambience is pretty nice too, so it’s a good option for a date night. Plus outside seating in the summer. And since it’s in Rotterdam, parking is super easy!“

“We came to Mama’s Pho on our way back to Vermont; arriving early at 4 we had the place to ourselves. Staff were courteous and attentive to our order. The place is clean and decorated in a way to feel like you were eating a home cooked meal. Food arrived in a timely manner. We enjoyed Vietnamese coffee, a mango smoothie and Thai Iced Tea to start with our vegetable egg rolls and spring roll; these were delicious starters.

Our pho tai, Phố đặc biệt, and Bún bò huế came out soon after with fresh mung bean sprouts, basil and lime. Broths were delightful with noodles and meats. You get a generous amount of food from these bowls. A delightful find.“

“A modest little Vietnamese restaurant with an extensive menu and very tasty offerings, Pho Yum is tucked into the corner of an anonymous strip mall on a busy 4 lanes highway. The automated tablet based menu, plastic utensils and paper table ware may be off-putting, but the charming help, the rich Pho soups and interesting selection of spring, summer and autumn rolls are definitely worth the visit.“
