Shake Shack offers a delicious menu with great burgers and fries. The food is fresh and tasty, with a crispy edge on the burgers giving a unique texture. The Shroom Burger is surprisingly amazing, and the French fries are crunchy and wonderful. Prices are a bit high, but not unreasonable. Service can be fast with plenty of seating available, though sometimes the line is extremely long and staff seems flustered. The chicken sandwich is well-seasoned and satisfying, and the hotdog is loved by many. Burgers can be juicy when cooked fresh, but sometimes they are salty or dry. The buns are soft and delicate, though toppings may slide off. Fries are memorable, even if occasionally unsalted. The shakes are thin and not very cold, with an off taste. While the overall experience at Shake Shack is still recommended, some improvements in consistency and service would help.
