Thank you, Matt! I just left this location of the Shake shack. The last time I was there, the food we received wasn’t what in the past. I really wanted to love Shake Shack when I visited. However it was far from what I remember having in the past. The line to order was extremely long, the staff was flustered and running every which way. I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger, Fries, a chocolate shake, and a can of Abita Root Beer. Hmmm. Where do I start here. Well we ordered and paid for cheese and wouldn’t you know they ran out of cheese. I had to ask for our money back or perhaps an order of fries, which they helped me with. My shake was sitting there for a while and was very thin and not very cold. Burgers seemed very salty. Worst part of all it took almost 20 minutes or so to even get our food. People behind counter seemed preoccupied with socializing with each other rather than focusing on operations....
