This was my first visit. I found the menu and order process a little confusing. I enjoyed my burger, but my wife only ate a few bites of her veggie burger. Also, definitely not fast food.
Usually, you do not expect both chick fil a and shake shack at a rest stop but seeing a huge line at the chick fil a, we went with the shack, and it did not disappoint. The taste and the quality is just the same as our local stop. Food came in a good time, and the stop was well worth it.
Not the best Shake Shack experience we've had. They were out of several things already (it was just before noontime) and staff seemed disinterested. I know it's on the thruway but it was nothing like the 'real' locations we've been to in NYC and Denver.
