“First time here for a private party and i cannot say enough great things about not only the food but the staff also. By far one of the best upcoming restaurants in the Hudson valley. The pizza was so flavorful, fresh with perfect crust n that’s coming from someone whose family owned pizzeria for years. Another must have is the house made penelle which aside from my nonna making it I’ve never had in any restaurant. Last but not least the cannoli were some of the best I’ve had in months. This place is 1000% worth the drive from anywhere in the area. Will be coming back asap”

“This little Italian restaurant was a delightful surprise. We went there because it had favorable reviews. We found out that it is under new ownership as of approximately 9 months ago, late in 2024. Carlos, one of the co-owners, greeted us, cooked our food, and checked to see that everything was all right several times. He is clearly very interested in pleasing his customers.
My husband is Italian and gives the quality of the food and the expertise of its preparation high marks. We ordered two appetizers, Caesar salad and bruschetta. The Caesar salad was delicious and big enough to share. The bruschetta had wonderful flavors, was delightfully presented on a board and the thing I like the best was that the toast was not too hard to bite into.
Finally, for our meals I had a chicken parmesan sandwich which was a reasonably large portion, and my husband had lasagna. We both enjoyed every bit.
The food is prepared while you wait, so it is not fast food at all. He makes everything from scratch.
If you go in in, prepare to relax, enjoy your food and give Carlos greetings from us!
Ps. We are not related and we live in Florida, so we won't be able to go back right away. But we were visiting the area and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.”

“First time at the location in Gardiner today- and I’m so happy I decided to try it! An iced lavender matcha is to DIE for! I didn’t catch the young woman’s name but she was so helpful, answered all my questions and made me a custom drink- and even made sure I liked it! The smoothie bowls are so fresh with crisp fresh fruit and toppings.. highly recommend! 😍”

“Some of the best tacos I've had in the US, especially de birria and al pastor tacos. Intense flavor, perfect sear, and juicy. Filling as well. The paletas were also great. Unfortunately the flor de calabaza quesadillas, the day's special, paled in comparison. They were pretty bland.

It's mostly a takeout joint with a few shared tables. The staff was friendly, and the place looks nice and inviting, but the Mexican mariachi music was too nagging for me.”

“We (about 10 to 16) come on the third Tuesday of each month. We are treated like honored guests, deli staff usually Kathy wait on us taking our orders and delivering them at the same time. Staff is upbeat and cheerful. Orders are prompt and correct, food tastes excellent. Don't hesitate to come here!!”

“Fireside catered our daughter’s wedding with a BBQ buffet & it was perfect! Food arrived hot & fresh & our servers were very professional. I have been to weddings where they have run out of food-definitely NOT the case with Fireside! Generous portions & we even had leftovers. Highly recommend!”

“Finally tried this place after passing by many times on our trips to Eastdale. The food was fantastic! The menu is a bit limited to 2 appetizers, a handful of salads, and a good variety of 9 pizzas, with a great variety of toppings offered. Yes, it's pricey. You don't go to Eastdale expecting a bargain. When I looked online prior to visiting, it appeared that they also offered some dessert, but I also had absolutely no room left for dessert. Drinks are basic beers/wines and sodas. I would skip the rose next time. I paid $11 for a single glass when a bottle retails for $13.99, but that's true of any restaurant. We started out with the cheese/olives/meat and jam app, which was really plentiful for 3 people. For pizzas, we had the grana Padano pie and added pepperoni and the Hot Honey pie. Both pies were absolutely delicious and were more than enough for two adults and one child. Before ordering, we asked how big the pies are, so they gave us a good estimate. One pie would not have been enough. The pies are bigger than personal sized pizzas, but they are not as large as a typical carry out pizzeria pizza. Overall, the food was really delicious, and the pizzas were perfectly cooked, and the hot honey pie was absolutely fantastic. It was a great mix from the salty meat, the sweet/hot honey and the roasted garlic. When we are in the mood for sit down, slightly more upscale pizza, we will definitely return.”
