We’ve tried several of the scrumptious confections- and regularly select from the tasty scones, cookies and croissants. Our joyful experience is enhanced by the staff’s good cheer and enthusiasm. Nick, in particular, can be counted on to offer good conversation, laughter and exuberance with his well made latte! We always look forward to our weekly visit.“

“I met Luka (not sure if I spelled that right) while I was walking in Huntington. We got to talking about G Taste. I love crepes and used to make them for my children when they were young. I had just walked past their sign a short while before meeting Luka. I promised him I would come by & check them out. Yesterday I was walking in Huntington again and saw their sigh again. Remembering my promise to Luka I stopped in. It wasn’t time for dinner yet & lunch was already eaten so I decided on the mixed berry crepe to take home for dessert. While it was being made I had a cup of coffee & chatted with the young man who works there ( I apologize, I forgot his name) he was a true pleasure to chat with! When my crepe was ready we walked outside & I finished my coffee and we said our goodbyes. The crepe was absolutely DELICIOUS! I cannot wait to go back again. The coffee was very good too and best of all, everyone is so very friendly! Definitely a place to try!“

“Lots of fun visiting this location with my family. The café team was very nice and understanding as we were with a 6-year-old and 4-year old. They helped introduce the kids to the cats, even putting out treats so the cats would come out by them. After it was time to visit the cats we were able to enjoy the food and drinks from the café. Lots of fun to get my coffee while in support of a business helping animals in need.“

“What a cute cafe!! Clean and modern. Food and desserts were delicious. So glad we decided to stop by for brunch. Drinks were so good!! We got the MBlue drink and it was very good and looked really pretty. The puff and Croffle were just the right sweetness. It was the perfect dessert after our ramen and sushi bowl. They were very good at listening to my requests of no sesame and no seaweed salad and corn. The wonderful front desk even double checked once my dish came out to make sure it was correct before it was given to me. Very nice. Will definitely return!“

We tried the pulled pork pie pocket (insane + must try) and the mini pies which are truly the perfect size. they have such a variety of everyday staples that are made right in their own farm behind the back. “Stopped here while I was in town for a work function and needed a sweet treat but wanted something that was local. The slightly older lady with brown hair and glasses who was working was super friendly and welcoming. I tried a few different flavors, as I couldn't decide and wow!!.. they were all delicious. I landed on the sea salt caramel flavor as it was fantastic and so creamy. I got a small bowl of that at a good price with great service. Definitely worth the pit stop! “The owner, Sally, was so kind and welcoming even though we arrived there 3 minutes before closing. My friend and I ordered 2 different drinks. My friend got a grapefruit “K-fruit” and I got a combination of cookies & cream AND dulce de leche BOBA. It was my first time ordering and I was surprised that I could mix flavors. Sally was very accommodating and made helpful suggestions regarding the sweetness level. The grapefruit “K-fruit” did not taste artificial and it had real fruit pulp. I was pleasantly surprised with my boba. Whenever I go to other boba tea shops, more often than not they’re overly sweet. I highly recommend Cafe Bubbly and we’ll definitely be back!“

I also love they sell Manhattan Special espresso soda!Minus one star on service because the owner seemed to be in the middle of something and wasn't welcoming even though I told him it was my first time there.“

However they also serve beer and cocktails alongside some quick eats such as burgers, and special menu items such as gumbo or shrimp & grits. “Stopped by here today for the first time, had the steak sandwich and some of the empanadas which was a special for the day Guy working the truck counter was friendly and accommodating (had a small dietary preference) Steak sandwich was top notch, made a bit different with chunkier slices of steak that have more of a bite than usual. “Best coffee/coffee shop on LI by a long shot. There's not a single shop that comes even close. In fact, it's one of less than a handful of coffee shops/cafes on LI that even CARE about serving coffee. The coffee is expertly roasted(not a single bean over medium to be found, which is how its supposed to be) and the drinks are expertly crafted. One of the best lattes I've ever had. They constantly get new coffees in stock and get back favorites all the time. My wife and I get coffee delivered to our house upstate every couple of weeks. The food is great as well; the breakfast tacos and everything biscuit are awesome. You legitimately cannot find a better coffee shop on LI and will even have a hard time finding one this good in the city.“

This water obviously is filtered and looked after and I just want them to know it that I noticed and it's appreciated.“

“Went for Sunday brunch before a show at the Engelman Theater. Waitstaff was welcoming and attentive, but not intrusive. The pay one price brunch is a great value and the food was delicious. In addition to our entrees we had a choice of a Bloody Mary or a Mimosa that were perfect, a small bowl of fresh fruit, a basket with delicious muffins and a croissant. We lingered to talk, and we were not rushed. Great ambience. Would recommend and we plan to return ourselves!“
