Hudson Hil's Café

When you look up the definition of "quaint" there should be a picture of the Hudson Hill's Cafe.It's in "quaint" Cold Springs NY on "quaint" Main Street...and when I say Main Street, think... MAIN STREET, USA...Not too far from Walt Disney World style, but with lots more flowers and trees.The food here...nothing short of phenomenal. Visited the café during a day trip from the city per many friends’ recommendations for brunch. While we had to wait a little over an hour, it was worth the wait and we had time to do some shopping in the meantime. I tried the eggs with fig & prosciutto which were delicious. We ordered the babka French toast to share and really enjoyed it as well. I’d recommend it as a sharing dish since it’s very sweet.

My family had finished a hike, and would always come to this place for lunch. The food always hits the spot after a long hike and is such a good place to eat at Cold Spring. The only downside I had this time was that the homemade chips were very burnt and didn’t taste very good. But the curly fries never disappoints and is so good. All of their sandwiches I had are delicious and so flavorful.
