The store service was completely unprofessional and a bad reflection of the brand. When I ordered, I was rushed and the crew member did not take the time to let me complete my order. I was told to pull up to the side to receive my two medium-iced caramel macchiatos, Although I had ordered them cold, another member brought out the drinks warm.
