Ate at the new Commack location. Waited over an hour to get all the food, which is understandable for a new restaurant but still difficult waiting with a 1 and 5 year old. My 5 year old cut into a dumpling and was about to take a bite until luckily I stopped him because it completely raw meat inside…had to wait another 20 minutes for new ones. The spring rolls were good. The bahn mi was underwhelming. There was no pork belly or pâté like the menu says and was served with only...read full review
It’s not awful when you open the food container and find there is a fly. It’s truly disgusting when you ordered two meal from this restaurant and then you found in each of the two closed container, there is an alive fly.
I used to like the food here, but after this experience, I want to throw up all the food I ate in this restaurant. Disgusted!!
Pho was tasteless noodles were all stuck together but ultimately what was most disappointing was the service. Waitresses and waiters were all super rude. Asked for extra lime for my pho and they were very reluctant in bringing some. They have a problem with children. Was told my some could not pay with his car on the table meanwhile while other kids were standing on their chairs. Will never waste my money going there.. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! Not kid friendly!

The Rolling Spring Roll in Commack offers delicious and authentic Vietnamese cuisine, including Pho and short ribs, and is praised for its welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff. The restaurant focuses on staple Vietnamese dishes, which it executes exceptionally well. Customers enjoy the beef Pho, served in generous portions, and the summer rolls, which feature a blend of beef, shrimp, noodles, and lettuce. The spring rolls are highly recommended and considered on point. The owner, Joe, operates three locations and is known for making everything himself, including the meat on the Banh Mi. The restaurant also caters to vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions, and offers ample parking in the adjacent shopping plaza. While some find the broth of the Pho a bit plain and wish for more meat per serving, many appreciate the convenience and homemade quality of the food. The atmosphere has a casual, banh mi shop feel, with efforts to keep the space clean. Overall, The Rolling Spring Roll is a solid choice for those craving homemade Vietnamese food in a friendly environment.
