“Dobb's has been around for many years. The food is 'home-cooked' style, very tasty, portions are more than enough, and wait staff is excellent. “I usually order a chicken gyro or some slices of pizza. The serving sizes are HUGE. Definitely worth the price! And the closest you can get to NY style pizza in the area aside from NY pizzeria. Service is fast too. One of my favorite places to eat. And they're open late!“

Nips is a cash-only bar. They do have an ATM onsite in case you do forget.

We visited Nips on a weekend afternoon for an early dinner. The establishment was not busy. Staff was very quick to take our drink and food orders and the food arrived quick and hot.

Nips truly does have some fantastic wing options. At Nips you are greeted by a plethora of different flavors, probably the most flavor options I have seen at any wing-serving establishment. It is almost guaranteed that you will find a flavor that will suit you, or a flavor that you have not had at any other establishment.“

“Stopped in to watch the Syracuse Orange Basketball game. Grabbed a high top table and got immediate service. Drinks came fast and so did the pizza fritz app. The main course was Chicken Parm wings and Hamburger sliders. The sauce on the sliders was amazing. Will return.“

I’ve had the crab cakes, French onion soup, mozzarella sticks, fettuccine alfredo, and the rigatoni bolognese, and everything has been excellent. Killer steaks too! The portion sizes are enormous and even the house salad is delicious.

One thing I really appreciate is the pacing. The timing between the appetizer, salad, and entrée is impeccable, so you can actually relax and enjoy the meal instead of feeling rushed.

The staff at the front door are always cheerful and welcoming, and the service has been fantastic every time.

I recently brought my mom, who is an absolute doll, when she came down from north of Albany and she raved about it. After that drive she needed something delicious, and Cortese delivered.

Also, shout out to the overflow parking because that makes busy times much easier.
