Went through the drive-through, did not receive any napkins nor a straw for the Frosty. Did not find out until we got to the park. What a disaster!! You would think napkins and a straw would be included in a takeout order. So upset!!
One of the organized wendy’s in the area where I live, fast service but the drink machine has to be clean time to time, of course customers make their thing and it’s a little out of place, cleaning wise .

The food is always good and the atmosphere is better since they redid the dining room but the service here is an issue. 90% of the time I go here no matter how big or small my order is, they mess something up. Either forget something or give the wrong item. It's frustrating because I go to the drive thru for convenience and I always have to go back into the store to get the order corrected.
