Just a shout out to the awesome people who work at the Cortland Burger King. The food is always fresh and hot. The employees go above and beyond to give great service. I would suggest that anyone who has posted a less than stellar review here....try them again! From my experience...you will be pleasantly surprised. :)
Way to go Burger King, you charged me $2.49 for Honey Mustard sauces that are supposed to come with the 8 pc nuggets and then neglect to put them in the bag. Of course I find this out after I get back to work and sit down to eat my lunch. ANOTHER DRIVE THRU RIP OFF!
Absolutely did a terrible job with my order. Drive thru was just handing out random orders & not caring they got it wrong. Went inside to get my food right & four people were in front of me cuz they’re orders were wrong too. Once I got up there to say my order was wrong she handed me my order that the guy in front of me had his hands all in, so I asked if they can make a fresh order & she copped an attitude & said sure I guess. Terrible customer service.
