For a hotel breakfast/brunch, Blue Heron Coxsackie is really good with some unique menu options. The food is impressive and breaks the stereotype of basic hotel breakfasts. Delicious meals include the star of the show, the perfect pancakes (ordered both times), and excellent sweet potato hash. Eggs are delicious and fresh, everything cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly, attentive, and delightful.
