Hi, I had the most amazing experience at QDOBA last night. I met a woman named Janet the manager at that location. She was very warm and welcoming as a first timer trying this place out ! Everyone should try out this location, not only is the food amazing but Janet’s professionalism was top-notch and would go just to experience that customer service again. -Gabriel

QDOBA Mexican Eats is a new spot in Deer Park that is already a hit. Reviews highlight it as the best spot for Mexican grill, favorably comparing it to another chain. The food receives consistent praise for being fresh, hot, and delicious with bold flavors. Specific items mentioned include the ground beef tacos with spicy seasoning, the tasty tortilla soup in an edible bowl with tender chicken, and the blend of regular and spicy queso. A major appreciated feature is that queso and guacamole are included on entrees like burritos and bowls at no extra charge. Portions are described as great.
The customer service is repeatedly noted as superb, fast, friendly, and welcoming, with managers and staff receiving specific commendation for being helpful and attentive. The restaurant itself is described as clean, tidy, and well-organized. Conveniences like a drive-thru are available. Overall, experiences from the soft and grand opening days were excellent, with many guests stating they will return and become regulars.
