“As someone who was diagnosed with celiac disease in my late 20’s it has been an adjustment, and traveling is nearly impossible it feels like. I work in healthcare and knowing I would be in the Albany area for a weekend I wanted to decrease my time in the kitchen, and try whatever food I could safely consume. I have little trust in reviewed gluten free restaurants or bakeries, due to not everyone being as sensitive as myself. When I came across this via the find me gluten free app, I know I had to try it. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left and ate my sandwich I was amazed. The owner was kind and knowledgeable. I felt safe eating anything on the menu, and I honestly did not even know what to get! The menu had many items that I have not been able to eat in years since being diagnosed, but I went with the chicken Parmesan sandwich and got a pizza for later. Let me tell you, this was the best chicken Parmesan sandwich I have ever had, and this includes back to the time I was consuming gluten. It was fresh, had so much flavor, and the roll that it was on, TO DIE FOR! Everything was made fresh, and did not taste gluten free, made me a little scared, since most gluten free items are not the greatest tasting. The little donut holes are amazing! I can’t even describe them, they are soft and light like a fried dough, but the cinnamon on them, they just melt in your mouth without making you feel guilty for eating a donut! I could go on and on, this place is a must try, and I will be going back!Dietary restrictions: Dedicated gluten free facility. Does not utilize almond substitutes, and is aware of other food allergies. Very knowledgeable. I have celiac and a tree nut allergy.“

“Absolutely hands down the best gluten free bakery I've come across in the tri-state area. The muffins are moist, soft and have that perfect crumble. The cream puff was divine. We also tried the peanut butter cake which was also the perfect combination of sweet, and moist. This bakery reminded us of very good French bakeries in our past pre-gf. From the moment you go in, the environment and space is so welcoming. They have so much and the service is top notch. Aside from baked goods, they have ice cream sandwiches, edible cookie dough, frozen bread and goodies. They also have chocolate, flour mixes and souvenirs. “My boyfriend treated me to Yono's for Valentine's Day, and Yono's was probably one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had! We had their special Valentine's menu, which offered a 6-course tasting menu, and we decided to go with the wine pairings, which was an excellent choice. It was my first time experiencing the beauty of wine pairings, and I was amazed at how elegantly the wine enhanced each course - their selections of wines were *chefs kiss* The complexity, flavor, and intricacy of each dish were phenomenal. The 6-course meal featured chilled creek oysters, butter poached scallops, root vegetable potage, foie gras, filet mignon, and dark chocolate gateau--each dish was a masterpiece and so beautifully presented. My personal favorite was the foie gras. While Yono's is definitely on the pricey side, it's perfect for your fancy shmancy occasions. I'm looking forward to returning to explore their regular menu! “This poke is amazing! Everything is fresh and tasty, and the staff are really friendly. Feel so good to have large bites with a spoon after mixing everything together. I'll suggest to have the cucumbers cubed instead of slided so that will be easier to mix. Anyway, all good, definitely return to get more!“

“Would be 5 except for one thing. I have been here 2x in 3 weeks. I got the same item each time. One experience was not like the other. My sandwich was so overdressed the 2nd time it fell apart. So, just ask for the dressing on side. And then it would be perfect again. Very pleased that this spot is so close to my new home and that it has vegetarian options.Oh. I got the chicken breast, then ordered the flatbread because the small was, in fact, small. “The online menu must be years old considering there's an $8 difference between the prices there and the actual price of a medium pizza. Seems a bit of a bait nd switch situation. But, the pizza was excellent. Can't speak to the wings since I had to decline them considering the price difference. I guess the inflation is happening so fast they can't keep the online menu updated.“
