“Liza's is one of my favorites for lunch in downtown Troy. The menu has healthy and tasty choices made with fresh ingredients. Service has always been friendly and fast, yet you will not be rushed as you sit and savor the dishes. The owner Liza who has created the menu can usually be found working at the restaurant, making sure you will return again. And I suggest you do return, so you can sample her creativity in the kitchen!“

Impeccable costumer service loved the lady working on top of that i enjoyed being able to choose how much caffine i can have in it and the different cup size as well and the tea taste great!! “TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn’t realize they closed at 9, and I walked in with my two girls at 9:02pm. It was a rough night with some tears so we were hoping some froyo would be just the fix we needed. The two women working were mopping the floors and closing up for the night but INSISTED that we get our froyo fix despite the fact that they were actually closed. They couldn’t have been nicer and I felt SO BAD but they promised we weren’t inconveniencing them at all. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work ethic. We will 100% be back to this location for the simple fact that they were so incredibly kind to us. THANK YOU! You made our night!“

Great smoothies, bowls, bagels, sandwiches, and bring your coffee mug to fill for a discount. Best loyalty program too! Earn points! My favorite smoothies… Carrot Mango with added protein and the Kale Crush with added protein. Great for after a workout or when on the run! The folks working there are the BEST TOO!“

“This place has much more than the name (and description here) would suggest--breakfast sandwiches, muffins, even cookie dough bites. And, despite it featuring my eternal pet peeve of just writing "egg" etc. on the menu, this place is 100% vegan, and 100% delicious.“
