“Had Coconut Milk Tea and Thai Milk Tea both with boba; it tasted really good. And the shop owner, Ayhan, was very pleasant. Great customer service, great tasting bubble tea (it doesn’t taste cheap). Bubble tea is reasonably priced for the sizes. Sometimes the shop owner is away from the desk so the wait time is maybe 1-2 minutes. The first time I came in and ordered, I was going to order a large but bc i was unsure and wanted to make sure i would drink all, I ordered a small but was given a large for the price of a small. Satisfied customer.“

“This boba tea shop has a super cute aesthetic with cute decorations, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or study. “Liza's is one of my favorites for lunch in downtown Troy. The menu has healthy and tasty choices made with fresh ingredients. Service has always been friendly and fast, yet you will not be rushed as you sit and savor the dishes. The owner Liza who has created the menu can usually be found working at the restaurant, making sure you will return again. And I suggest you do return, so you can sample her creativity in the kitchen!“

“So glad we stumbled into this lovely cafe in center square! We met the owner and her husband, both extremely kind and welcoming. We had a matcha and Turkish coffee which we both enjoyed. The pastries are homemade by the owner’s mother, the baklava and almond chocolate croissant were both delicious and fresh. We can’t wait to go back again! Highly recommend.“

“The pasties, which they call Jamaican Patty, were delicious. Homemade. Make sure you try several. Also got a couple smoothies, both of which were made with real fruit and amazing. All natural, healthy, great. Owner was super nice. Highly recommended.“

“TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn’t realize they closed at 9, and I walked in with my two girls at 9:02pm. It was a rough night with some tears so we were hoping some froyo would be just the fix we needed. The two women working were mopping the floors and closing up for the night but INSISTED that we get our froyo fix despite the fact that they were actually closed. They couldn’t have been nicer and I felt SO BAD but they promised we weren’t inconveniencing them at all. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work ethic. We will 100% be back to this location for the simple fact that they were so incredibly kind to us. THANK YOU! You made our night!“
“I like this place a lot great service and great product, cinnamon roll my favorite coffee! You can get it hot or cold with only drive thru service!!! For a small you will pay about $5.50 but it’s better than Dunkin’ and Starbucks !!“

Impeccable costumer service loved the lady working on top of that i enjoyed being able to choose how much caffine i can have in it and the different cup size as well and the tea taste great!! Definitely will be my come to spot when i come visit!!!“

I usually don’t think about lunch until around 2:30-3pm which is their closing time. But it’s hard to run and staff a small biz and they’re doing a great job. I’m glad they’re here!!“

“I have become a BIG fan of BARE Blends. I've tried several smoothie blends and a couple Acai bowls as well and they are all excellent. The dolce and berry detox have been my main go-to smoothies. Staff are always cordial and they work quickly to prepare orders for customers...very impressive. My one suggestion is that BARE Blends consider using sturdier straws or tops that don't excessively squeeze or shred the straw! I will be a regular customer at this great place.“

“So grateful Works Cafe opened a location near Crossgates Mall (Guilderland/Albany)! Only a couple minutes from I-87, worth the stop! Great smoothies, bowls, bagels, sandwiches, and bring your coffee mug to fill for a discount. Best loyalty program too! Earn points! My favorite smoothies… Carrot Mango with added protein and the Kale Crush with added protein. Great for after a workout or when on the run! The folks working there are the BEST TOO!“

“I like to go to this place for their various flavors of smoothies that can be made vegan with vegan protein powder added. The dragonfruit and apple pie ones are my favorite, though pina colada is good too. I've also tried their salad bowl. I think it's a bit small with limited seating, but not an issue if you get beverages or food to go.“
