“The Delaware Cafe is a gem! Exceptional food and service with personal care and attention given to each customer! Such kind staff always willing to help! I have a gluten allergy and they have always been willing to work with me! The last time I was there, the owner came out and asked me questions to help him understand what I needed and actually asked me what my worst fear was. I was able to talk to him about my cross-contamination fears and he listened and cared! I have had a wonderful meal each time I’ve visited the cafe, with no problems whatsoever later. They take good care of me. I really love the homemade corn beef hash! My son has no allergies and he loves all of their Benedict‘s. They are truly treat! Wide array of menu options sure to please your whole party! I highly recommend the Delaware Cafe!“

“Absolutely delicious. I've only had boba once before (at a different location) and it was so...bland? I didn't like it. I tried this place out on a whim with my friends and I was shocked! It knocked it out of the park in regards to taste. I got a milk tea with boba but it was so delicious that I'm still thinking about it! If you want boba go here. If you're nearby, get boba! I cannot hype this place up enough“

“OMG, just thinking about the food here makes my mouth water. Today I was blessed enough to have the BBQ quesadilla with a side of fries. I have to say the way the pulled pork, banana peppers and cheese, topped with a wonderful BBQ sauce in a crisp quesadilla blended together in my mouth was blissful. Now, I know what you are thinking with the side of fries, how ordinary, but no, these are nicely seasoned, cooked to perfection french fries and a lot of them. So please don't ruin them with ketchup. I continue to be impressed each time I visit and that alone will keep me coming back. Keep up the great work!!“

“This is by far my favorite coffee shop in Telkwa and Smithers. I probably spend far too much money then I should here, but I absolutely love it. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is great, and don't even get me started on the coffee and the food. I don't know if I've had anything that I didn't like from here. I've tried pretty much everything from the pies, meat pies, the freshly made sourdough bread that is just delicious, and the burgers on Fridays. You also have things like the cookies, the brownies and so much more. On top of all of that there's even a lot that I have yet to try, the ice cream being one of them. She even went on vacation for a couple of weeks and that was probably the longest couple of weeks without a good coffee. Oh yeah and I almost forgot, the breakfast wraps are absolutely delicious. You got to try them. Try anything try everything try it all, I'm sure you'll love it.“

“A group of 8 to 10 of us has been going to roots every other week for a couple months to play mahjong in the back area. First of all, the food is good and there's a gourmet candy section to drool over at the front of the store. There are also great baked goods to take out. But I would like to address the staff, especially Mallory. They have made us feel so welcome. Our tables are always ready. She already knows what kind of drinks and soups and coffee most of us are going to want...(And when) She greets us and waits on us as soon as we arrive. And she attends to us all afternoon while taking care of the customers at the front of the store. One doesn't see this kind of excellence very often. They are accommodating attentive and fun. Ihighly suggest you try out Roots Cafe if you would like a delightful dining experience with good food, a cozy atmosphere an excellent service, whether you want to go for a quick breakfast or lunch or whether you want to go hang for a couple of hours... and ask for Mallory!“

“We had our first couples boxing class last night and it was outstanding. Corey is open to unique class ideas is very welcoming to everyone. Our trainer was also outstanding! He worked out the entire time with my husband and I and kept the enthusiasm alive the whole time! Such an awesome experience from some other gyms and group fitness that yell at people or don’t watch for correct form and ensure safety. We will be back!!!“

“This is a really cool coffee shop, and their prices are great too!! I absolutely love their coffee and bagels, and I really love their soup. Their lattes are so amazing. And they get almond milk to foam a lot too. Most places can't do that. I try their special and seasonal lattes a lot, but lately I've been going a lot, so I got tired of the same amazing latte, so I tried the caramel latte, and Oh, THAT WAS GOOD. I've had a caramel latte before, but that one was SO good. I definitely recommend it. They do have a ton of options, I like to get the cinnamon raisin bagel with PB and J. It is really good. They have super good cream cheese here too. I definitely recommend that too. And the bagel sandwiches? 😋😋. I recommend getting the Mediterranean sandwich. I really love this place and hope you do too!!!“

“From the moment we entered, my wife and I were treated extremely well. We arrived 20 minutes early, however the hostess said not a problem, we have a table for you! We made our reservation for the Garden seating, it was very nice! Going up and down a few flight of stairs, into another building, and finally to our garden seating area. Beautiful. Wait staff (Daniel and Dee?) were exceptional! Ordered the four cheese eggplant for appetizer, beautiful done! To be honest, our mixed drinks were a little too sweet and weak. We ordered a bottle of wine with our meal, beautiful! Main course sere door on! Excellent menu to choose from. See pics!! No room for dessert. Had to go to concert at MVP Arena. Will certainly make another trip back with our daughter/husband! Note- try to come on a night when there us ni event at MVP. Huge free parking lot open on those off nights. Otherwise, $20.“

Great smoothies, bowls, bagels, sandwiches, and bring your coffee mug to fill for a discount. Best loyalty program too! Earn points!
