“Relaxing lowkey spot with some major grandma vibes. Classic American breakfast food done right. Fluffy ENORMOUS pancakes, perfect home fries, and tasty crispy bacon. Service was quick and the owners are lovely. Don't be surprised if you have to wait up to 10 minutes to be seated, it's small and clearly word has gotten out about this gem. Highly recommend!“
“Double espresso for here came to $4.05. Sweeter than what i was expecting, a good thing. Plent of seating and they have a bathroom too. Also alcohol options. That they roast the coffee makes a difference. Various food options. Friendly staff. They're expanding to next door as well so they must be doing well.“
“I’m delayed in posting this but better late than never. I found this place on my ride across New York State on the Empire State Trail and omg it’s a joy. Great people, awesome coffee and treats and a little outside patio to soak in the whole vibe. Awesome sauce!“
“Loved this shop. A tea and chocolate lovers paradise. Friendly and helpful staff, quaint and inviting atmosphere. Could spend the whole afternoon there sipping tea and reading a book. And the Limited edition chamomile tea is the very best! Wish I would have gotten more.“
“I had a veggie breakfast sandwich and drip coffee. The former was deliciously fatty and the latter was just okay. The shop is cute and conveniently located, and they offer free wifi. The two things I’d change are: (1) the seats, which are uncomfortable for those hoping to do work on a laptop, and (2) free water. You can ask the staff for water, and they’ll give you a small glass, but I always appreciate when there’s a water dispenser.“
“Met friends for breakfast, fantastic breakfast sandwich (out of avocado :/) but the GF waffle was amazing for my friends with celiac. Great coffee, attentive staff, and the atmosphere is adorable! Bought fresh flowers as we were leaving, highly recommend for breakfast/brunch!“
“My partner and I’s favorite place to go! It’s close by, service is always great. Food is always amazing. I recommend the Monte Rouge breakfast sandwich and the Greek wrap. My partner loves the classic crispy chicken sandwich. The staff is always so friendly and working so hard! Bobs is usually pretty busy, but they keep up! We come here at least once a week to eat in and we get takeout once a week from here too. 10/10 recommend!Parking: Small parking lot around exterior of building. There is an extra lot across street. Or street parkingKid-friendliness: Has kids menu and coloring and crayonsWheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp on street level“
“Unpretentious fantastic coffee and barista! Nice and mellow for a bit of Saturday morning work or coffee date. They do have snacks like muffins, cookies, quiche and small sandwiches the are delicious and reasonably priced when you want something nice to fill your stomach so the coffee doesn't burn. But just know they're not the upscale places down the street.“
“This is a great low key coffee shop with excellent vegan and gluten free options - a true gem in the area. The coffee was good, the service was great, and the vegan and gluten free "puffs" were excellent. Highly recommend grabbing some of those along with whatever you order. We got the rice bowl (V, GF) and cashew cream cheese toast (they also have gluten free bread) and the vegetable platter, which is three small bowls of kraut, all of which were great. Plenty of space for groups here and enough tables to come and do work. If we lived here we would definitely be regulars.“
“Checked out this store while I was in town. It was very cute. Jack at the counter was wonderful and informative! The espresso was delicious! The shop is overloaded with specialty items! The fresh produce looked great. They had a lot of local goods. When I'm back in the area, I'd go again!“
“So I was on Warren street in downtown Hudson and googled the best pancakes and ended up finding Lindsay’s the food was definitely worth the drive but the service was incredible! The waitress was so happy, kind, and attentive. Not to mention the prices are great, so you can sample a few different options and not break the bank! This place is GEM! Thank you Athena for a wonderful experience!“
“Cutest cafe in town!! Was visiting town for the weekend and came here for breakfast. Homemade bagels, unique breakfast options, gluten & vegan friendly!! The staff are super friendly and it's a small business. Books, coffee, and a bar, what else do you need in life!? Looking forward to coming back to check out the bar in the evening.Vegetarian options: Vegan/vegetarian meat alternatives, customize & remove meat, specific vegan option on menuDietary restrictions: Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options!“
“You have to visit this special place! They put a lot of thoughts into making each dish. The cafe is bustling for Sunday brunch. Everyone was very friendly and food came out quick. If you’re feeling adventurous their specials include some bold dishes! I truly love this place and it made Hudson such a cool town too. I prefer this restaurant to lots of Michelins. This is where you get food with a soul.We especially enjoyed the pig foot rice (it’s boneless and you don’t really see the shape of the pig foot) and stuffed duck neck (it was nothing like what we imagined; it’s kind of like a sausage. The dish has chestnut which is very special!!)Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!!“
