Really wanted to like this local spot for the past 1.5 years. The only friendly person is the African American young woman. One young man who takes my order eats his breakfast and stares at me with a mouthful of food, no hello, no smile. Owner cutting me in line as she orders for herself, as well as chatting with a customer for a long time holding up a line 4 deep. It really is such a bummer to start the morning. Forever favorite spot in Hudson. Great lattes, good GF baked goods options, and a perfect spot to hang. Kid friendly too.
Giving this place five stars because I ordered an iced coffee and the barista filled the cup with the appropriate amount of coffee and milk and then added ice. Instead of filling it up with ice first and a splash of milk. Which means you have to spend seven dollars on a coffee that you can drink in one sip. Which is what most places do! I appreciate you!
