From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere wrapped around me like a warm hug. The soft lighting, cozy seating, and quiet buzz of conversations made it feel intimate without being stuffy. It’s the kind of place where you could bring a date or just spend hours lost in your thoughts over a good book and a perfect glass of wine.

The food is nothing short of exceptional. They have this way of making every dish feel special, like it was made just for you. I had the seasonal risotto with steak, and I swear every bite sank me deeper and deeper into completely euphoria. The cocktails are just as memorable—beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor without being too fussy. The "Sax & The City" reminded me of home in NYC but so much I was ready to hurry back. “Spur of the moment choice- boy were we pleasantly rewarded! The service is excellent from the moment you walk in, the menu has a lot of options that all sound so good, and peak lunch time on Valentine’s Day our food came out quickly but we did not at all feel rushed. My pecan crusted Caesar salad was amazing and Mike’s salmon BLT was excellent he said. What a great discovery! Decent prices too. AND next door to Chocolate Springs!! We didn’t even move the car to go there after lunch. Fantastic!“

“Growing up with a Yia Yia who makes pastitsio, I tend to be very picky when other people serve this dish. Electras is the only place that makes it as close to my Yia Yias that I’ve ever had. I travel to western mass for work from Rhode Island and everytime I’m in the area, I always stop and order pastitsio from here!“

Haven even offers holiday meals, including Thanksgiving and Christmas specials. This Thanksgiving, we were far away from other family members and due to a busy work schedule, we tried their Thanksgiving dinner and it was great!

Despite being a local favorite and always busy, the service is consistently excellent, and I never feel rushed or overlooked. “YUM! What a wonderful surprise! My fiancé and I drove through Lenox to go to a cafe that ended up being closed- devastated, we walked around town hoping to find a cup of coffee. We figured shots would have a good cup- boy, did they! And amazing food. I would highly recommend this spot!“
