“I came at 2:50pm on Wednesday May 7th. I was greeted by the two women and the young man who were working, they were friendly, helpful and fast! I didn’t catch their names but if whoever reviews these can check the schedule and see who was working, please give props to these folks. It was starting to get busy but they kept it rolling and stayed smiling and friendly to customers. Got a good staff in there, don’t lose them!”

“We loved our food. It was hot and fast. The service was wonderful too, although I never received a drink refill. All staff were friendly and working hard. The prices were reasonable. Had a great time, however the music choice was a bit too heavy rock, fast and too loud for our liking. Looking around it was mostly families with small children so I didn’t think the music fit the environment. It was great seeing a restaurant filling up with customers. I would easily give this a 5 if not for the music.”

I will def go back as I love Applebees and perhaps this was an off day for some staff members . “This is my new favorite diner in the Syracuse area. Fast service with perfectly cooked eggs by the chef. Wait staff are attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Or you can sit at the bar in front of the chef cooking on the grill. Very entertaining if there is a seat available. Honey packets are available, if ordering hot tea. The smell and taste of those delicious peppers and onions mixed in the home fries makes them the best tasting around. They also just remodeled the building which looks great.”

“We walked in on Mothers Day at 6:45. You could tell the place had been swamped all day and everyone was still scrambling with customers and cleaning up. Our server was AWESOME - great and speedy service and he didn’t even write anything down. Food and drinks were great :)”
