I will def go back as I love Applebees and perhaps this was an off day for some staff members . This did not make me happy having to write a negative review but the service was not to par that particular day, Thanks again.“

“I had a mobile order around 12pm today and when I went to the drive thru, I spoke with what I thought was an AI voice because she sounded so sweet and nice. I really thought I was getting played. I couldn't quite see her name but I hope she has an amazing day! The order was also correct and made well. The team here is usually pretty good as well.“

“Very nice, friendly, kind people that work there. Out of nowhere, they gave my kids Sponge Bob stickers and gave them the new Sponge Bob frosty to try. Need more employees like the one's we had today! Thank you Wendy's crew, your doing an incredible job!!!!“

“Simply outstanding people working here. Edgar (The GM), and our servers Rosa and Shaianne took meticulous care of our daughter and her allergies. Much appreciated. The food is fantastic as well - Excellent ground burgers with real meat no fillers, great quality! Will return when back to Destiny and Syracuse area. Thanks again JE team and Obrigado Rosa! 🙏🏻“

“Finally stopped in after driving by too many tines and glad I did. Great group of guys, friendly and chatty. Took the chef's recommendation, watched the patties hit the flat top and knew it was gonna be good! Juicy, cheesy, with that smash burger crisp. Absolutely delicious and a hidden gem until their new location opens!! BTW...the pickles!!!! House made and sooooo good!!“

“I was in and out. I ordered online and everything was hot and ready within like 2 minutes.
But really I'm leaving a review because of the atmosphere. The staff were all happy. They were working together like a well oiled machine, talking, joking, and singing with each other. I had such a pleasant experience. It makes a world of difference when you walk into a space where people seem happy and joyful. I just appreciated the atmosphere and wanted to share.“
